  • Chapter 1 General Provisions
  • Article 1 (Purpose)
    These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the service provided by Seoul City Tour Bus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul City Tour Bus”), the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between users and Seoul City Tour Bus.
  • Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
    1. The service of Seoul City Tour Bus is provided on the premise that users agree to the terms and conditions.
    2. Seoul City Tour Bus may change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and the changed terms and conditions are notified on the Seoul City Tour Bus website so that users can directly check them. The amended Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon notice.
  • Article 3 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)
    1. These terms and conditions apply together with the terms and conditions for the services provided by Seoul City Tour Bus.
    2. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information Communications Ethics Committee’s deliberation regulations, the Code of Ethics in Information Communications, the Program Protection Act and other related laws.
  • Chapter 2 Service Provision and Use
  • Article 4 (Definition of terms)
    The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
    1. Service: Tangible and intangible help that Seoul City Tour Bus can provide online
    2. User: A person who receives the services provided by Seoul City Tour Bus in accordance with these terms and conditions
    3. Terms not defined in these terms and conditions are defined in separate terms and conditions for individual services.
  • Article 5 (Establishment of Service Use Agreement)
    1. The service use contract is established when the user completes the service use application by filling out the prescribed application form provided by Seoul City Tour Bus.
    2. Seoul City Tour Bus may cancel applications for use that fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
    (1) When applying using someone else's name
    (2) When the contents of the application are falsely entered
    (3) When applying for the purpose of hindering social well-being, order or morals
    (4) In the case of interfering with the use of the Seoul City Tour Bus service by others or stealing the information
    (5) In the case of using the Seoul City Tour Bus website to engage in an act prohibited by the law and these Terms and Conditions
    (6) If you use the site for the purpose of slandering or slandering others
    (7) In case other conditions for application for use set by Seoul City Tour Bus are not satisfied
    (8) If it violates the policy direction pursued by Seoul City Tour Bus
    3. Seoul City Tour Bus may defer the application for use until the cause is resolved in any of the following cases.
    (1) If there is a reason for technical failure
    (2) In the event of unexpected circumstances such as natural disasters
  • Article 6 (Consent to Use of Personal Information)
    1. Personal information of Seoul City Tour Bus is collected, managed, and protected as follows.
    (1) Collection of personal information: Seoul City Tour Bus provides minimum personal information for identification and the information is used to provide other smooth and high-quality services such as boarding reservation, boarding time change, cancellation, receipt issuance, etc.
    (2) Use of personal information: Seoul City Tour Bus does not disclose or distribute personal information collected in connection with the provision of tour services to a third party without the user's consent. However, the information can be disclosed or distributed if there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, if there is a criminal investigation purpose, if there is a request by the Information Communication Ethics Committee, or if there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated by other related laws.
    2. By submitting a reservation request according to these Terms and Conditions of Seoul City Tour Bus, you agree that Seoul City Tour Bus collects, utilizes, and provides the information described in the reservation application in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Article 7 (User Information Security Responsibilities)
    1. From the moment the user completes the application for use of the Seoul City Tour Bus service, the user is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information entered, and the user is responsible for all results related to this.
  • Article 8 (Service Hours)
    1. In principle, the service hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special problem with the business or technology of the Seoul City Tour Bus.
    2. The use hours in Paragraph 1 are excluded from the days or times set by the Seoul City Tour Bus due to the need for regular inspections, etc.
  • Article 9 (Suspension of Service and Storage and Use of Information)
    1. Seoul City Tour Bus does not bear any responsibility if the contents of messages stored or transmitted in the Seoul City Tour Bus service are not stored, deleted, or delivered due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure outside the management scope of the Seoul City Tour Bus, other force majeure, or failure or loss of other communication data.
    2. If the Seoul City Tour Bus has to temporarily suspend service due to difficulties in providing normal service, the service may be suspended after notifying the day before the service is stopped. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the above prior notice period may be reduced or omitted. In addition, Seoul City Tour Bus shall not bear any responsibility for the case where the contents of messages stored or transmitted in this service are not stored, deleted, or lost due to the suspension of the above service.
    3. Seoul City Tour Bus may temporarily modify, change, or discontinue the service after prior notice, and does not bear any responsibility to users or third parties.
    4. Seoul City Tour Bus may arbitrarily restrict or suspend the use of the service if the user has acted in violation of the terms and conditions.
  • Article 10 (Change and Termination of Service)
    1. Seoul City Tour Bus is not responsible for the profits that users expect from using the service, the damages caused by data obtained through the service, or the reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted on the service.
    2. Seoul City Tour Bus is not responsible for damages caused by intention or negligence by the applicant among the damages incurred to the person in connection with the use of the service.
  • Article 11 (Copyright of posts submitted to Seoul City Tour Bus)
    1. The user has the right to the contents of the posts posted by the user using the Seoul City Tour Bus bulletin board.
    2. Seoul City Tour Bus reserves the right to edit and move the posted content without prior notice, and may delete without prior notice in the following cases.
    (1) If you post a post that violates these Terms of Service or is judged to be commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar
    (2) If the content damages the reputation of another third party or group by slander
    (3) If the content violates public order and morals
    (4) If the content is recognized as being related to criminal activity
    (5) In the case of content that infringes the copyright or other rights of a third party
    (6) In case of violation of other related laws
    (7) In case of violation of the policy pursued by Seoul City Tour Bus
    3. Civil and criminal responsibilities arising from the infringement of copyrights of others by the user's posts must be fully borne by the user.
  • Article 12 (Personal Code of Conduct and Restrictions on Service Use)
    1. If the contents of the information provided by the user are found to be false (borrowed name, non-real name, etc.), or if there is a reasonable reason to suspect such fact, Seoul City Tour Bus may suspend some or all of the user's use of this service, and is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from this.
    2. The user assumes all responsibility for all types of information posted, transmitted, or obtained through the Seoul City Tour Bus service, e-mail, or any other means while Seoul City Tour Bus is not responsible for any issues.
    3. Users agree not to engage in the following actions through this service.
    (1) Transmitting, posting, publishing, e-mailing, or otherwise transmitting content that is vulgar, obscene, offensive, threatening, or may invade the privacy of others
    (2) An act of posting, publishing, or transmitting by e-mail or other methods any content that cannot be used by law or contract
    (3) An act of posting, publishing, e-mailing, or otherwise transmitting content that infringes on another person's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
    (4) An act of posting, publishing, or otherwise transmitting advertisements, promotional materials, junk, spam, chain letters, or other forms of solicitation that have not been approved by Seoul City Tour Bus.
    (5) Collecting or storing other users' personal information
    4. Seoul City Tour Bus may delete all information related to the service without the user's consent if it determines that the terms and conditions have been violated.
  • Chapter 3 Duties and Responsibilities
  • Article 13 (Duty of Seoul City Tour Bus)
    1. Seoul City Tour Bus does not engage in acts prohibited by the law and these terms and conditions or contrary to public morals. Seoul City Tour Bus is obliged to strive to provide services continuously and stably.
    2. Seoul City Tour Bus allows users to use the service on the service start date requested by the user unless there are special circumstances.
    3. Seoul City Tour Bus must not leak or distribute personal information to others without the person's consent. However, this is not the case when there is a request from the relevant government agency in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, such as the laws related to telecommunications.
    4. Seoul City Tour Bus must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the Seoul City Tour Bus service.
    5. Seoul City Tour Bus is not responsible for service failures caused by reasons attributable to users.
  • Article 14 (Individual Obligations)
    1. When applying for service, required information must be filled in accurately.
    2. Users cannot engage in any profit-making activities by using the service without prior consent from Seoul City Tour Bus.
    3. Users cannot copy, reproduce, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained by using the Seoul City Tour Bus service or provide it to others without the prior consent of the Seoul City Tour Bus.
    4. Users must not engage in any of the following acts in relation to the use of the Seoul City Tour Bus service.
    (1) Acts for the purpose of criminal acts or related to other criminal acts
    (2) Acts that harm good morals and other social order
    (3) Acts that defame or insult others
    (4) An act of violating the rights of others, such as intellectual property rights
    (5) Hacking or distributing computer viruses
    (6) An act of continuously transmitting certain contents, such as advertising information, against the will of others
    (7) Any act that may interfere with or give a risk to the safe operation of the service
    (8) Act of changing the information posted on the Seoul City Tour Bus website
    (9) Other acts that violate Article 53 of the Telecommunications Act, Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the Telecommunications Business Act (disturbing communication), and Article 53, Paragraph 3 of the Communications Business Act
  • Chapter 4 Miscellaneous
  • Article 15 (Ownership by Seoul City Tour Bus)
    1. Intellectual property rights and other rights related to services provided by Seoul City Tour Bus, necessary software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information and trademarks are owned by Seoul City Tour Bus.
    2. Except for cases approved by Seoul City Tour Bus, users may not modify, lend, sell, distribute, produce, transfer, relicense, establish security rights, or commercially engage in all or part of each property specified in the preceding paragraph. Users cannot allow a third party to do, either.
  • Article 16 (Prohibition of Transfer)
    The right to use the service cannot be transferred or given to another person, and cannot be provided as collateral.
  • Article 17 (Compensation for damages)
    Seoul City Tour Bus is not responsible for any damages to individuals related to any service provided for free, except for criminal acts intentionally committed by Seoul City Tour Bus.
  • Article 18 (Disclaimer)
    1. Seoul City Tour Bus does not have any obligation to represent or believe in any opinions or information expressed in the service, and does not approve, oppose, or modify opinions expressed by individuals or third parties. In any case, Seoul City Tour Bus is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by individuals depending on the information contained in the service.
    2. Seoul City Tour Bus does not bear any responsibility in relation to goods transactions or financial transactions between individuals and third parties through the medium of service and does not bear responsibility for the profits that individuals expect in relation to the use of services.
  • Article 19 (Competent Court)
    If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising out of the use of this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of Seoul shall be the competent court.
  • Addendum 1. (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions are effective from September 19, 2016.
